Ingredients
- 3 medium cucumbers, peeled
 - 2 cups whole green gram, blanched
 - 1 tablespoon oil
 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
 - ¼ teaspoon red chilli powder
 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper powder
 - ½ teaspoon chaat masala
 - ½ tsp roasted cumin powder + to sprinkle
 - Salt to taste
 - Juice of 1 lemon
 
For serving
- A few iceberg lettuce leaves
 
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté till golden.
 - Add sprouted moong, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder and salt.
 - Switch off the heat and mix well. Transfer into a bowl. Grate cucumbers into the bowl. Add lemon juice and mix well.
 - Place iceberg lettuce leaves in a serving plate and transfer the salad over them. Sprinkle some roasted cumin powder and serve.
