Ingredients list for Egg Fried Rice Recipe - SK Khazana

  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 cups Short grain rice cooked
  • 4 tablespoons Oil
  • 1/2 cup Spring onion bulbs chopped
  • to garnish Spring onion green 1/2 cup chopped+
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Crushed black peppercorns
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vinegar
  • to serve Light soy sauce

Method

  1. Break eggs into a bowl, add salt and beat well.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, pour whisked eggs and scramble lightly.
  3. Add spring onions, salt, crushed black pepper, cooked rice, vinegar and light soy sauce and toss gently for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot garnished with the spring onion greens.
