By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Oct 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Fresh turmeric, Scraped coconut Cuisine Indian,Fusion Course Dips Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Fresh Turmeric Chutney - SK Khazana 1 1/2 inch Fresh turmeric peeled and roughly chopped 1/2 cup Scraped coconut fresh 3 Garlic cloves 2 Green chillies to taste Salt 1 1/2 tablespoons Oil 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida 12-15 Curry leaves 2 Dried red chillies broken to serve Hot Idlis Method Put coconut in a blender jar, add garlic cloves, green chillies, fresh turmeric, salt and ΒΌ cup water and blend to fine paste. Transfer into a large bowl. For the tempering, heat oil in a tempering pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add asafoetida, curry leaves and dried red chillies and mix well. Take the pan off the heat and pour the tempering over the chutney and mix well.
