  • Mace 10-12 blad

  • Cinnamon 8-10 inch

  • Cloves 25

  • Green cardamoms 25

  • Black cardamoms 10-12

  • Nutmeg 2

  • Bay leaves 8-10

  • Cumin seeds 8 teaspoons

  • Black peppercorns 4 teaspoons

Method

Step 1

Lightly dry roast the ingredients one by one. Cool and grind to a fine powder.
