By Sanjeev Kapoor 22 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken, Yogurt Cuisine Greek Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Greek Chicken Roll 400 grams Boneless chicken cut into 2 inch thick strips 3 tablespoons Yogurt Greek 4 Tortillas readymade 1 tablespo + for greasing Olive oil 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 1 teaspoon Red wine vinegar 1 medium Onion finely chopped 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped 1 teaspoon Dried thyme ½ teaspoon Oregano 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped to taste Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns 1 small Romaine lettuce shredded 1 medium Tomato seeded and cut into strips ¼ cup black and green olives sliced 2-3 tablespoons Feta cheese as required Tzatziki Method Put olive oil, lemon juice, Greek yogurt, red wine vinegar, onion, garlic, thyme, oregano, coriander leaves, salt, crushed peppercorns and chicken in a bowl and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes. Heat an electric griller and grease with some olive oil. Place the marinated chicken strips and grill on both sides till evenly done. Transfer onto a plate. Take each tortilla, place some grilled chicken, Romaine lettuce, tomato strips, mixed olives, feta cheese and tzatziki in the center and wrap.
