Ingredients list for Grilled Chicken Sandwich

  • 4 Brown bread slices
  • 1 cup Chicken boiled and shredded
  • 4 White bread slices
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup Tomato ketchup
  • a few Lettuce leaves
  • 3 medium Potatoes boiled and sliced
  • 4 Cheese slices
  • 2 medium Tomatoes sliced
  • 1 medium Cucumber sliced
  • 50 grams Potato wafers

Method

  1. Take shredded chicken in a bowl. Add salt, pepper powder, half cup of mayonnaise and mix.
  2. Add grated cheese, tomato ketchup, torn lettuce and mix. Take a white bread slice. Spread some chicken mix.
  3. Place potato slices and sprinkle salt and pepper powder. Apply a little mayonnaise on another slice of white bread and place it over the potato slices.
  4. Take a brown bread slice. Spread some chicken mix. Place a cheese slice over it. Apply some mayonnaise on another slice of brown bread and place it over the cheese slice.
  5. Grill the sandwiches applying mayonnaise on the outside of the sandwiches.
  6. Prepare the remaining sandwiches in the same way. Serve with tomato slices, cucumber slices and potato wafers.
