By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Oct 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Avocado, Tomato Cuisine Mexican Course Dips Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Guacamole 1 large Avocado 1 medium Tomato 1 medium Onion a few Fresh coriander sprigs 1/2 Lemon 1 teaspoon Green chillies , finely chopped to taste Salt 2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce to serve Cream crackers Method Finely chop tomato and put into a mixing bowl. Finely chop onion and a few coriander sprigs and add to the same bowl and mix well. Halve the avocado, remove the seed, scoop out the flesh and add to the bowl. Squeeze the lemon directly into the bowl. Add green chillies, salt and Tabasco sauce and mix well mashing the avocado.
