Ingredients 

  • 1 cup fresh green chickpeas, boiled
  • 5 garlic cloves 
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup green chickpeas stock
  • Olive oil as required
  • Paprika powder to sprinkle
  • 1-2 black olives pitted and sliced for garnish 
  • Lavash to serve

Method

  1. Put green chickpeas in a blender jar, add garlic, lemon juice, tahini, salt and green chickpea stock and blend to a fine paste.
  2. Transfer the hummus onto a serving plate, spread it evenly making a well in centre and pour olive oil in it.
  3. Sprinkle paprika powder, garnish with olive slices and serve with lavash.
