By Sanjeev Kapoor 19 Mar 2021 in Recipes Veg New Update Hara Chana Hummus Main Ingredients Fresh green chickpeas, Garlic Cuisine Fusion Course Dips Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 0 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 1 cup fresh green chickpeas, boiled 5 garlic cloves 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/4 cup tahini Salt to taste 1/2 cup green chickpeas stock Olive oil as required Paprika powder to sprinkle 1-2 black olives pitted and sliced for garnish Lavash to serve Method Put green chickpeas in a blender jar, add garlic, lemon juice, tahini, salt and green chickpea stock and blend to a fine paste. Transfer the hummus onto a serving plate, spread it evenly making a well in centre and pour olive oil in it.
