By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Whole green grams (moong), Onions Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 2-3days Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Healthy Moong Sprouts ki Chaat Whole green grams (moong) 4 tablespoons Onions chopped 2 tablespoons Tomatoes chopped 1 teaspoon Green chillies finely chopped 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 2 teaspoons Chaat masala to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Roasted peanuts 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 1/2 cup Yogurt 2 tablespoons Green chutney 2 tablespoons Sweet tamarind chutney 1/4 cup + to garnish Sev Method Soak green gram in sufficient water overnight. Drain into a muslin cloth and squeeze to drain out the excess water. Set aside for 1-2 days till sprouts are formed. Put the sprouts into a mixing bowl, add onions, tomatoes, green chillies, turmeric powder, chaat masala, salt, peanuts, lemon juice, yogurt, green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney and mix well. Add sev and mix well.
