By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Multigrain bread, Tofu Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Healthy Sandwich 8 slices Multigrain bread 100 gms Tofu 1 medium Cucumber 2 medium Tomatoes 100 grams Tofu 4-5 Pickled onions 2 Green chillies broken 5-6 Sundried tomatoes 1/2 cup Hung yogurt to taste Salt a few leaves Iceberg lettuce torn Method Slice cucumber and tomatoes. Slice tofu and pickled onions. Grind green chillies, sun dried tomatoes, hung yogurt and salt into a paste. Spread this paste over the bread slices. Place lettuce, tomato, cucumber on one slice. Sprinkle some salt and cover with another slice and press lightly. Cut and serve. Similarly make the remaining sandwiches.
