Hearty Greens with Garlic Fresh green vegetables cooked with garlic This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Jun 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Fresh spinach leaves (palak), Broccoli florets Cuisine Fusion Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Hearty Greens with Garlic 20-25 Fresh spinach leaves (palak) 10-12 Broccoli florets 1 head Pak choy 15-18 cloves Garlic 2 tablespoons Oil to taste Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns 1 teaspoon Cornflour , mixed with 1/4 cup water Method Slice 8-10 garlic cloves. Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add garlic slices and sauté. Roughly chop spinach and add to the wok. Add broccoli. Separate the pokchoy leaves, wash them clean and add to the pan, mix and sauté. Add ½ cup water, mix and cook. Add salt and mix. If you wish you can add a little crushed black peppercorns. Add 2-3 tsps cornflour water, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Slice the remaining garlic cloves and add and mix.
