By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 May 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Hirvi Mirchi Cha Thecha Main Ingredients Green Chillies, Garlic Cuisine Maharashtrian Course Pickles, Jams and Chutneys Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 10 green chillies 6-7 cloves garlic 2 teaspoons cumin seeds 2 teaspoons oil Sea salt to taste 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves Method Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, garlic cloves, green chillies and sauté for twominutes. Add sea salt and mix well. Cover and cook on medium heat for four to five minutes. Transfer the green chilli mixture into a mortar. Add coriander leaves and pound with a pestle into a coarse paste. Serve with hot bhakris.
