By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Jul 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Vermicelli (sevian), Milk Cuisine Indian Course Mithais Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Instant Sevaiya Kheer 1/2 cup Vermicelli (sevian) , coarsely crushed 1 litre Milk 12-14 + for garnish Almonds 2 tablespoons Ghee 1/2 cup Condensed milk a pinch Salt 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder Method Roughly chop almonds. Heat ghee in a deep non-stick pan, add vermicelli and saute on high heat, stirring continuously, for 2-3 minutes. Add almonds, mix and sauté for 30 seconds. Add 3 cups milk, mix, reduce heat, cover and cook for 5-7 minutes. Add condensed milk and mix well. Add salt and green cardamom powder, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
