By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Apr 2016 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Main Ingredients Rice, Green capsicum Cuisine Indian Course Rice Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Jain Fried Rice 3 cups Rice 1 medium Green capsicum chopped 10-15 French beans stringed and chopped 1 medium Yellow capsicum chopped 1 medium Red capsicum chopped 1 tablespoon Oil 1 small Cabbage shredded to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Dried ginger powder (soonth) 1/4 teaspoon Sugar 2 tablespoons Soy sauce 1 1/2 tablespoons Chilli sauce Method Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add French beans and sauté for two minutes. Add all the three capsicums, mix well and continue to sauté. Add cabbage, mix well and sauté for a minute. Add salt, dried ginger powder and sugar. Mix well and cook for two minutes. Add soy sauce and chilli sauce. Mix well and cook for a minute. Add rice, mix well and cook for two to three minutes. Serve hot.
