By Sanjeev Kapoor 21 Feb 2017 in Recipes Non Veg New Update Main Ingredients Dried shrimps, Tamarind Cuisine Maharashtrian Course Salads Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Kishmoor 1 cup Dried shrimps heads and tails removed 1 Tamarind medium size ball 1 teaspoon Coconut oil 2 medium Onions finely chopped to taste Salt a pinch Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/2 cup Scraped coconut fresh Method Soak tamarind in some water for 10 minutes. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add shrimps and roast lightly till crisp. Remove from heat and set aside. Combine onions, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder and tamarind in a bowl and mix well. Add coconut and mix well. Add fried shrimps and mix again. Serve immediately.
