By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Oct 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Hung yogurt, Yogurt Cuisine Indian Course Beverages Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Masala Ginger Lassi - SK Khazana 1/2 cup Hung yogurt 1 cup Yogurt 1 Green chilli a few Fresh coriander sprigs a few to garnish Fresh mint leaves 1/2 inches Ginger grated 1-2 tablespoons Powdered sugar 1/2 teaspo to sprinkle Roasted cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon Black salt 1 teaspoon to sprinkle Chaat masala 1 cup Milk as required Ice cubes 4 to garnish Fresh mint sprigs Method Put hung yogurt in a blender jar, add yogurt, green chilli, coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger, powdered sugar, roasted cumin powder, black salt, chaat masala, milk and ice cubes and blend well. Pour into serving glasses.
