By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Lentils, Onions Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Masoor Cutlets 250 grams Lentils soaked 2 medium Onions sliced 1 inch piece Ginger chopped 5-6 cloves Garlic chopped to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder 2 slices Bread soaked 1/4 medium bunch Fresh coriander leaves chopped to shallow fry Oil Method Boil masoor with onion, ginger and garlic with just enough water till done. Cool and add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, bread slices (squeezed to remove excess water and mashed) and coriander leaves. Mix well and shape into cutlets. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlets till crisp. Drain onto an absorbent paper. Serve hot with coriander chutney.
