This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Mixed Sprouts (moong,moth, chana), Fresh Cococnut Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Seafood Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Mixed Sprouts In Fish Curry 250 grams Mixed Sprouts (moong,moth, chana) 1/2 cup Fresh Cococnut scraped 2 tablespoons Oil 2 inch pieces Ginger 15 cloves Garlic 2 teaspoons Roasted cumin seeds 1 tablespoon Roasted coriander seeds 6 Dried red chillies 2 medium Onions chopped 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 Green chilli to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Tamarind pulp Method Chop onions. Heat oil in a non stick pan. Roughly chop ginger and garlic and put in a mixer jar. Add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, red chillies, coconut and a little water and grind to a smooth paste. Add onions to the pan and sauté till lightly browned. Add mixed sprouts and mix. Add 1 cup water, turmeric powder and mix. Break green chilli and add, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add ground masala and mix. Add salt, tamarind pulp and mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes. Serve hot with steamed rice.
