By Sanjeev Kapoor 02 Apr 2021 in Recipes Veg New Update Mooli aur Patte ki Sabzi Main Ingredients Radishes (mooli) with leaves, Oil Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 4-5 radishes (mooli) with leaves chopped 2 tablespoons oil 1 teaspoon mustard seeds A pinch of asafoetida 2 green chillies, chopped 2 spring onions with greens, chopped Salt to taste 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 2 tablespoons gram flour (besan) Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and saute till the seeds splutter. Add asafoetida, green chillies, spring onion with greens and radish leaves, mix well and saute on high heat for 1-2 minutes. Add radishes, mix well and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and mix well. Add ½ cup water and mix well. Once the mixture comes to a boil, add gram flour and mix. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes or till the radishes are cooked completely.
