By Sanjeev Kapoor 02 Apr 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Radishes (mooli) with leaves, Oil Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Mooli aur Patte ki Sabzi 4-5 Radishes (mooli) with leaves chopped 2 tablespoons Oil 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds a pinch Asafoetida 2 Green chillies chopped 2 Spring onions with greens chopped to taste Salt 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 2 tablespoons Gram flour (besan) Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and saute till the seeds splutter. Add asafoetida, green chillies, spring onion with greens and radish leaves, mix well and saute on high heat for 1-2 minutes. Add radishes, mix well and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and mix well. Add ½ cup water and mix well. Once the mixture comes to a boil, add gram flour and mix. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes or till the radishes are cooked completely.
