Add bell pepper and sauté on high heat. Add sugar and mix well. Add mushrooms, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add salt and soy sauce and mix well. Add coriander and mix well.
