Ingredients list for Mustard Glazed Chicken

  • 1 Chicke With Skin
  • 5-6 English Mustard
  • 1 cup Apricot jam
  • Sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons English mustard paste
  • 2 tablespoons Orange juice
  • Black pepper powder

Method

  1. Clean and wash chicken. Apply sea salt all over the top and inside.
  2. Take apricot jam in a bowl and add mustard paste and mix well.
  3. Add in orange juice. Prick the chicken all over with the cloves for flavour.
  4. Preheat the oven to 230° C. Baste the chicken from all sides with the apricot glaze and sprinkle crushed pepper.
  5. Roast in the convection oven at 230° C. for ten to fifteen minutes and then at moderate temperature of 180° C for thirty minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
