Nachos With Rajma This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Mar 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Corn Chips, Kidney Beans Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Nachos With Rajma 16-20 Corn Chips 2-3 tablespoons Kidney Beans cooked 1 tablespoon Olive oil 1/2 medium Onion finely chopped 1 cloves Garlic chopped 1 Green chilli chopped to taste Salt 2-3 tablespoons White sauce 2 tablespoons Processed cheese grated For salsa 1/2 medium Onion finely chopped 1/2 medium Yellow capsicum finely chopped 1 Pickled jalapenos finely chopped 2 large Tomato seeded and chopped 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 teaspoon Lemon juice 2 teaspoons Sweet chilli sauce Method Crush the rajma in a mixer. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion, garlic, green chilli and stir. Add ground rajma and cook till thick. Add salt and mix. Set aside in a bowl. For the salsa mix together onion, yellow capsicum, jalapeno, tomatoes, fresh coriander leaves, lemon juice and sweet chilli sauce and set aside in a bowl. Preheat oven to 180° C/ 350° F. Arrange the nachos on a serving platter and heat them slightly in a preheated oven for 1-2 minutes. Put the rajma mixture over them, drizzle white sauce, sprinkle cheese and keep the platter back in the oven and bake till the cheese begins to melt. Take it out of the oven, put the salsa over and serve hot.
