To make toffee sauce, caramelize castor sugar in another non-stick pan, stirring occasionally. Transfer oatmeal into a bowl. Heat ghee in another non-stick pan. Add almonds, walnuts and pistachios and fry. Add jaggery, 1-2 tbsps water, mix and fry till the nuts turn golden and jaggery melts. Add cream, vanilla essence and butter to the caramelized sugar. Mix well and switch off the heat. Add jaggery mixture to the roasted oatmeal and mix well. Cool to room temperature. Divide the oat-jaggery mixture into equal portions shaped into small cylinders and place them on a serving plate. Drizzle toffee sauce on top and serve immediately.
