Ingredients list for Onion Tomato Pizza
- 2 medium Onions sliced
 - 2 medium Tomatoes sliced
 - 2 cups Refined flour (maida)
 - 1/2 teaspoon Active dry yeast
 - 1 teaspoon Sugar
 - 3/4 teaspoon Salt
 - Olive oil 3 tablespoons + to brush
 - 1 1/2 cups Pizza sauce
 - 1 cup Mozzarella cheese grated
 
Method
- Mix the yeast and sugar with three fourth cup warm water and set aside for five minutes or till it froths.
 - Mix flour and salt in a bowl and make a well in the center. Pour the yeast mixture and oil and knead into a sticky ball. Transfer onto lightly floured surface and knead it until smooth.
 - Lightly grease a large bowl with olive oil. Transfer the dough into it, cover it with a damp cloth and keep it in a warm place to rise and double in volume.
 - Beat back the dough. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator till required.
 - Preheat the oven for five to six minutes.
 - Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out into round discs. Cut with a round cutter to make cocktail sized pizzas.
 - Apply pizza sauce on one side. Layer with a little cheese and top it with sliced onions and tomato. Sprinkle some more cheese on the top and arrange them on the greased tray.
 - Bake in the oven for twelve minutes till crisp and done at 180º degrees.
 - Serve hot.
