By Sanjeev Kapoor 22 Oct 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Spinach leaves (palak), Paneer (cottage cheese) Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 1 cup spinach leaves (palak), blanched and chopped ½ cup paneer (cottage cheese) grated 1 tablespoon oil ½ teaspoon cumin seeds 1-2 green chillies finely chopped 1 teaspoon garlic chopped 2 tablespoons cornflour/ corn starch 2-3 tablespoons oats Ghee for shallow frying Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and sauté for 30 seconds. Add green chillies, mix and sauté for 15 seconds. Add garlic and sauté for a minute. Add spinach, mix and sauté. Add salt and mix well. Transfer into a bowl and cool. Add cottage cheese, cornflour and oats and mix well. Divide the prepared mixture into equal portions and wrap them around 2 skewers to prepare kababs. Heat some ghee on a non-stick tawa. Place the prepared kababs on it and shallow-fry till fully done and golden from all sides.
