By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Apr 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Paneer Chur Chur Roll Main Ingredients Readymade paneer tikka , Whole wheat flour (atta) Cuisine Indian,Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 200 grams readymade paneer tikka 1½ cups whole wheat flour + for dusting 2 tablespoons yogurt 3 tablespoons ghee + for shallow frying Salt to taste Green chutney for applying 1 large onion, sliced Chaat masala to sprinkle Salad for serving Method Mix whole wheat flour, yogurt, 1 tablespoon ghee and salt in a bowl. Add sufficient water and knead to soft dough. Set aside for 5-10 minutes. Divide the dough into equal portions, dust some flour and roll out into a small disc. Spread half a tablespoon of ghee on it and sprinkle dry flour. Give a slit from the centre and roll to form a cone. Flatten, dust some more flour and roll out into a thin disc. Heat a non-stick tawa, roast the prepared parantha till golden brown on both sides. Drizzle ghee on each side and continue to cook for a few seconds. Transfer on a plate and crush lightly to separate layers. Spread some green chutney, place a few pieces of paneer tikka in the centre. Place some sliced onions on top and sprinkle chaat masala.
