Papdi Pizza Papris spread with pizza sauce, topped with some of the usual pizza toppings and baked. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 28 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Papdis, Pizza sauce Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Papdi Pizza as required Papdis as required Pizza sauce 1 small Potato boiled, peeled and cut into roundels to sprinkle Chaat masala to sprinkle Amchur powder 1 medium Onion cut into roundels and layers separated as required Mozzarella cheese grated ½ medium Green capsicum finely chopped to taste Crushed black peppercorns as required Sev for garnishing Fresh coriander sprigs Method Preheat oven at 180º C. Line a baking tray with silicon mat. Place papris on the lined baking tray. Spread some pizza sauce on each papri. Put potato roundel and sprinkle some chaat masala and dried mango powder on top. Place onion rings on each papri and put some more pizza sauce, some mozzarella cheese and some capsicum in the center. Sprinkle some crushed peppercorns on top. Place the baking tray in preheated oven and bake till cheese melts. Place the baked papris on a serving platter and sprinkle some sev on top.
