By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Aug 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Pasta, Potato Cuisine Indo-Italian Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Pasta in Indian style 200 grams Pasta boiled 1 small Potato boiled and cut into small cubes 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 2 medium Onions chopped 1 teaspoon Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 medium Tomato chopped 1 Green capsicum chopped 1 tablespoon Butter to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Heat butter in a non stick kadai. Add cumin seeds and allow it to splutter. Add onions and saute till brown. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Mix well. Add little water and cook for three minutes. Add tomatoes and capsicum and saute well for two minutes. Add potatoes, pasta and salt. Toss well.
