Ingredients list for Phool Makhana Munchies
- 100 grams Lotus seeds
- 2 tablespoons Ghee
- to taste Black pepper powder
- to taste Salt
- a pinch Turmeric powder
Method
- Dry roast lotus seeds on a low heat for 8-10 minutes or till crunchy.
- Combine ghee, pepper powder, salt and turmeric powder and set aside.
- Add ghee mixture to the pan and sauté for a minute. Cool down to room temperature.
- Serve or store in an airtight container.
