By Sanjeev Kapoor 01 Nov 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Fresh mint leaves, Cottage cheese (paneer) Cuisine Indian Course Rice Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Pudina Paneer Pulao-SK Khazana 1 cup Fresh mint leaves 250 grams Cottage cheese (paneer) cubed 1 1/2 cups Basmati rice soaked and drained 2-3 tablespoons Ghee 1 inch Cinnamon 10-12 Black peppercorns 3-4 Cloves 2-3 Green chillies finely chopped 2 Medium onions sliced 1 1/2 tablespoons Ginger-garlic paste 1/2 cup Yogurt to taste Salt Method Heat ghee in a deep non-stick pan, add cinnamon, peppercorns, cloves and green chillies, mix and sauté till fragrant. Add onions and sauté till lightly browned. Add ginger-garlic paste, mix and sauté for 2 minutes. Add mint leaves, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add ½ cup yogurt and mix well. Add cottage cheese, rice, salt and 3 cups water, mix well, cover and cook till the rice is fully done.
