Ingredients list for Pumpkin Seeds and Dates Balls

  • ½ + ¼ cups Pumpkin seeds
  • ¾ cup Seedless dates
  • ½ cup Almonds
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cocoa powder
  • a pinch Sea salt
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Method

  1. Grind ¼ cup pumpkin seeds into a coarse powder and spread onto a plate.
  2. Blend together ½ cup pumpkin seeds, dates and almonds to a fine mixture.
  3. Add turmeric powder, cinnamon powder, cocoa powder and sea salt and blend again. Add orange juice and blend till well combined.
  4. Divide the mixture into 16 equal balls and coat them with powdered pumpkin seeds.
  5. Serve.
