By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Jul 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Full fat milk, Sugar Cuisine Indian Course Mithais Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 41-50 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Rabdi - SK Khazana 800 millilitres Full fat milk 2 tablespoons Sugar 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder for garnishing Silver warq for garnishing Pistachios slivered for garnishing Almonds slivered Method Boil milk in a deep non-stick pan on medium high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and cook, stirring occasionally, till reduced to ΒΌ the original volume. Scrape the sides of the pan and add it to the milk. This may take upto 40 minutes. Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well. Cook, stirring till the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and cool.
