By Sanjeev Kapoor 01 Nov 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Sour yogurt, Gram flour (besan) Cuisine Rajasthani Course Dals and Kadhis Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Rajasthani Kadhi-SK Khazana 1 1/2 cups Sour yogurt 1/4 cup Gram flour (besan) 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic-green chilli paste to taste Salt 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 3 tablespoons Ghee 1 inch Cinnamon 3-4 Cloves 1 Bay leaf 6-8 Black peppercorns 1/2 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds (methi dana) 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds a large pi Asafoetida (hing) 1 tablespoon Ginger chopped 2 Medium onions sliced to garnish Fresh coriander sprig Method Whisk together yogurt, gram flour, ginger-garlic-green chilli paste and salt and whisk together. Add turmeric powder and chilli powder and whisk again. Heat ghee in a deep non-stick pan. Add cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf, peppercorns, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, ginger and onions, mix and sauté till onions turn translucent. Add yogurt mixture and mix well. Add 2 cups water and mix again. Add salt, mix and bring to a boil.
