By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Oct 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Rajgira flour, Yogurt Cuisine Indian Course Dals and Kadhis Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Rajgira ki Kadhi - SK Khazana 1/2 cup Rajgira flour 2 cups Yogurt 1 tablespoon Green chilli-ginger paste 1 teaspoon Sugar 1 1/2 tablespoons Ghee 1 1/2 teaspoons Cumin seeds 5-6 Curry leaves 2 Green chillies slit to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped to garnish Fresh coriander sprig Method Take yogurt in a bowl, add rajgira flour, green chilli ginger paste and sugar and whisk to make a smooth mixture. Heat ghee in a deep non-stick pan, add cumin seeds, curry leaves and green chillies and mix. When the seeds begin to change colour, add the yogurt mixture and mix well. Saute for 1-2 minutes. Add sufficient water to get the desired consistency. Add salt and mix well. Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes. Add coriander leaves and mix well. Switch off the heat.
