Rotli Pizza A crisp masaledar roti makes the base of this desi pizza which you can feel free to top with just about anything – right from paneertikka chunks to mushroom chettinaad and increase the desi vibe of this firangi dish – Of course with some cheese on top! By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Dec 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Whole wheat flour (atta), Semolina (rawa/suji) Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Rotli Pizza + for dusting Whole wheat flour (atta) 1 cup ½ cup Semolina (rawa/suji) to taste Salt a pinch Baking soda ¼ cup Yogurt 1½ teaspoons Green chillies crushed 2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped as required Oil 1 tablespoon + as required Processed cheese grated ½ cup Batter of rawa dosa as required Cabbage shredded as required Red bell pepper finely chopped as required Green capsicum finely chopped Method Put wheat flour, semolina, salt, baking soda, yogurt, 1 teaspoon chopped green chillies,1 tablespoon coriander leaves and 1 tablespoon oil in a bowl and mix well. Add sufficient water and knead into a stiff dough. Set aside for 10-15 minutes. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out into thin rotlis dusting with flour. Layer half the rotlis with some grated cheese and place another rotli over the cheese and roll out again to a thin disc. Heat a non-stick tawa. Place a cheese stuffed rotli on it and roast for a minute. Add remaining green chillies and remaining coriander leaves to dosa batter and mix well. Flip and spread some of the dosa batter on the rotli. Switch off heat, top with some cabbage, red bell pepper, green capsicum and press with a spoon. Switch on heat, drizzle some oil around the rotli pizza, flip it and cook for a minute. Flip the rotli pizza again, drizzle some oil all around, spread some grated cheese, cover and cook till cheese melts.
