This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 29 Jan 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Sattu, Whole wheat flour (atta) Cuisine Indian Course Breads Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Sattu ka Parantha 1 cup Sattu 200 grams Whole wheat flour (atta) 2 medium Onions finely chopped 1 inch Ginger finely chopped 1-2 Green chillies finely chopped 1 teaspoon Carom seeds (ajwain) Juice of ½ lemon 1 tablespoon Mustard oil to taste Salt for dusting Whole wheat flour (atta) for basting Oil Method To prepare filling, combine sattu, onions, ginger, green chillies, carom seeds, lemon juice, mustard oil and salt in a bowl, mix and knead into a stiff dough. Divide the dough into equal portions, make a cavity and stuff it with a spoonful of the prepared filling. Shape them into balls. Heat a non-stick tawa. Dust the worktop with some flour. Roll out the prepared balls into thick paranthas. Place the paranthas on the tawa and roast, basting with oil, till evenly done from both the sides.
