By Sanjeev Kapoor 12 Aug 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Khichia Papad, Potatoes Cuisine Gujarati, Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 4 khichia papad 2 medium potatoes boiled, and peeled ¼ teaspoon chaat masala + for sprinkling ¼ teaspoon dried mango powder + for sprinkling ¼ teaspoon red chilli powder + for sprinkling Melted butter as required 1 onion finely chopped 1 tomato finely chopped 3-4 tablespoons raw mango, chopped 4-5 tablespoons roasted peanuts 4-5 tablespoons masala chana dal Red chilli garlic chutney as required Sweet tamarind chutney as required Green chutney as required Fresh coriander leaves for garnish Sev for garnish Method Dry roast the papads on a direct flame till well done on both sides. Mash the potatoes into a bowl, add chaat masala powder, dried mango powder, red chilli powder, and mix well. For each portion place 1 papad on a serving plate, keep another plate on it and press slightly so that the papad is broken into pieces. Drizzle a little butter, sprinkle some onion, tomato, raw mango, peanuts, masala chana dal and potato mixture. Drizzle some red chilli-garlic chutney, sweet tamarind chutney, green chutney, sprinkle chaat masala powder, red chilli powder and drizzle a little yogurt.
