Sev and Garlic Sandwich This unique sandwich consists of garlic and jalapeños mixed with yogurt and then topped with sev. Transfer them into a chopper jar and let them cool down. Add jalapenos, hung yogurt and salt and chop finely. For each sandwich take 2 bread slices and spread this mixture over them. Spread a generous layer of sev on one slice and cover with the second slice. Grease a sandwich toaster with a little oil, place a sandwich in it, close and grill over medium heat, turning sides, till both sides turn golden and crisp. Halve each sandwich diagonally, place them on a serving platter and serve hot.
