Add turnips and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add green cardamom powder, saffron and sorghum flour and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add jaggery and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously, till all the jaggery dissolves. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
