By Sanjeev Kapoor 12 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Reduced milk, Whole wheat vermicelli Cuisine Hyderabadi Course Mithais Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Sheer Kurma 500 millilitres Reduced milk 100 grams Whole wheat vermicelli 1 tablespoon Ghee 1/4 cup Sugar 1 teaspoon Green cardamom powder 1 tablespoon Charoli A large pi to garnish Saffron 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg (jaiphal) powder 1 tablespo to garnish Pistachios chopped 1 tablespo to garnish Almonds sliced Method Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add vermicelli and saute till fragrant. Add milk and sugar, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add ½ teaspoon green cardamom powder and mix well. Add charoli, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add saffron and nutmeg powder and mix well. Add pistachios, almonds, remaining green cardamom powder and mix well. Cook till the mixture thickens.
