By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Mar 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Soya granules, Green peas Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Soya Keema Matar - SK Khazana 1 cup Soya granules 1/2 cup Green peas blanched 1 1/2 tablespoons Ghee 7-8 Black peppercorns 1 Bay leaf 2 Green chillies chopped 8 cloves Garlic finely chopped 1 inch Ginger grated 2 Medium onion finely chopped 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 3/4 teaspoon Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder to taste Salt 1/4 bunch Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon Lemon juice to garnish Fresh coriander sprig Method Take soya granules in a bowl, add sufficient water and soak for 10-15 minutes. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add peppercorns, bay leaf, green chillies, garlic and ginger, mix and sauté till fragrant. Add onions, mix and sauté till it turns golden brown. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and salt, mix and sauté for 1-2 minutes on medium heat. Squeeze soaked soya granules and add to the pan, mix and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add green peas and mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Add coriander leaves and lemon juice, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
