By Sanjeev Kapoor 30 Apr 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken, Wonton wrappers Cuisine Chinese Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Spicy Coriander and Chicken wontons 150 grams Chicken cut into small pieces, 8-12 Wonton wrappers 10-12 Fresh coriander sprigs 1½ teaspoons Soy sauce to taste Salt 3 teaspoons Green chilli sauce 1¼ teaspoons Garlic finely chopped 1 inch Ginger finely chopped 2-3 Green chillies finely chopped for deep-frying Oil Method Take chicken pieces in a bowl. Add soy sauce, salt, chilli sauce, garlic, ginger and green chillies and mix well. Chop coriander and add. Mix well. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Place wonton wrappers on a worktop. Put a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the centre, apply water on the edges, bring them together, pinch to seal and make into wontons. Deep-fry wontons in hot oil till golden and crisp.
