By Sanjeev Kapoor 20 Jul 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Mixed sprouts, Crisp papdis Cuisine Indian,Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 32 crisp papadis Sev for sprinkling 2 medium sweet potatoes, boiled and peeled 1 teaspoon red chilli powder Salt to taste 1 teaspoon chaat masala 2 small onions, chopped 3 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves + for garnish ½ cup mixed sprouts, boiled Green chutney for drizzling Date and tamarind chutney for drizzling Red chilli-garlic chutney for drizzling 8 tablespoons chopped raw mango 1 medium tomato, chopped 4 tablespoons grated beetroot Masala chana dal for garnish Salted peanuts for garnish Method Mash the sweet potato in a bowl. Add red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala, 2 tablespoons chopped onion, chopped coriander and mix sprouts. Mix till well combined. For one portion, place 8 papadis on a plate, and top each with a portion of the prepared potato mixture. Drizzle green chutney, date and tamarind chutney, red chilli-garlic chutney, a portion of chopped onion, 2 tablespoons raw mango, a portion of the chopped tomatoes and 1 tablespoon grated beetroot. Garnish with masala chana dal, sev, salted peanuts and chopped coriander.
