By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Apr 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken breast, Broccoli Cuisine Chinese Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Stir Fried Chicken - SK Khazana 300 grams Chicken breast 250 grams Broccoli 10-12 Button mushrooms 2 stalks Spring onion greens to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Blended sesame oil 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped 1 1/2 tablespoons Oyster sauce 1 teaspoon Green chilli sauce a few drops Dark soy sauce Method Cut broccoli into medium sized florets and set aside. Halve mushrooms. Chop spring onions greens. Cut chicken into ½ inch cubes. Boil sufficient water in a deep pan, add salt and broccoli and blanch them for 2 minutes. Drain and soak in ice cold water. Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add garlic, mix and sauté till lightly browned. Add chicken cubes and sauté on high heat for 1-2 minutes. Add mushrooms, mix. Add salt, mix well and sauté for 4-5 minutes on high heat. Add oyster sauce, green chilli sauce and dark soy sauce, mix well and sauté for 1 minute. Add broccoli and sauté for 2 minutes. Add ½ the chopped spring onion greens, mix well and sauté for 1 minute. Take the pan off the heat.
