Ingredients list for Stir Fried Chinese Exotic
- 20 grams Carrot sliced
- 30 grams Broccoli florets
- 30 grams Pok choi
- 30 Cabbage Chinese
- 10 grams Mushrooms Shitake
- 10 grams Garlic peeled and chopped
- 10 grams Refined oil
- 10 grams Ginger
- 5 grams Light soy sauce
- 15 grams Dark soy sauce
- 10 grams Celery diced
- to taste Seasoning
- to taste Cornflour/ corn starch slurry
Method
- Heat oil in a wok, add ginger, garlic, green chilles and veggies and stir fry.
- Add stock, salt, seasoning, and adjust the consistency with cornflour. Finish with wine.
- Serve hot and garnish with fried garlic.
