Stir Fried Garlic Chicken with Coriander The wonderful flavours of sautéed garlic and coriander work wonders for this chicken dish. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 13 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken, Garlic Cuisine Thai Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Stir Fried Garlic Chicken with Coriander 400 grams Boneless chicken cut into cubes 3 tablespoons Garlic chopped ¼ small bunch Fresh coriander leaves with stems to taste Salt to taste White pepper powder 1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce 1 Egg 2 tablespoons Cornflour/ corn starch to deep fry Oil 1 tablespoon + 3 Green chillies 3 tablespoon Fish sauce 1½ teaspoons Sugar Lemon juice of ½ lemon for garnishing Fresh coriander sprigs Method Take chicken cubes in a bowl. Add salt, 1 tablespoon garlic, pepper powder, ¼ tablespoon soy sauce and egg and mix well. Add cornflour and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes. Heat sufficient oil in a wok. Deep-fry marinated chicken cubes till chicken is fully cooked and golden. Drain on absorbent paper. Finely chop coriander stems. Slice green chillies diagonally. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick wok. Add remaining garlic and green chillies and sauté on high heat till garlic turns light brown. Add coriander stems, mix and sauté for 10 seconds. Add remaining soy sauce and fish sauce and toss to mix. Add sugar and mix well. Add fried chicken and toss well. Finely chop coriander leaves. Add lemon juice to the pan and toss. Add coriander leaves and toss again. Switch off heat.
