Ingredients list for Sukha Bhel - SK Khazana

  • 4 cups Puffed rice (kurmura/murmura)
  • 1 cup Roasted chana
  • 4 tablespoons Salted roasted peanuts
  • 4 tablespoons Onion finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons Tomato finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Raw mango finely chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Chaat masala
  • to taste Black salt
  • 3 tablespoons Coriander-green chilli paste
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • For topping Masala chana
  • For topping Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • For topping Sev

Method

  1. Mix together puffed rice, roasted chana, peanuts, onions, tomato, raw mango, salt, chaat masala, black salt, coriander-green chilli paste and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Transfer the bhel equally into 4 paper cones, top with some masala chana, coriander leaves and sev and toss. Top with some masala chana, coriander leaves and sev and serve immediately.
