By Sanjeev Kapoor 13 Dec 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Puffed rice (kurmura/murmura), Roasted chana Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Sukha Bhel - SK Khazana 4 cups Puffed rice (kurmura/murmura) 1 cup Roasted chana 4 tablespoons Salted roasted peanuts 4 tablespoons Onion finely chopped 4 tablespoons Tomato finely chopped 3 tablespoons Raw mango finely chopped to taste Salt 2 teaspoons Chaat masala to taste Black salt 3 tablespoons Coriander-green chilli paste 1 tablespoon Lemon juice For topping Masala chana For topping Fresh coriander leaves chopped For topping Sev Method Mix together puffed rice, roasted chana, peanuts, onions, tomato, raw mango, salt, chaat masala, black salt, coriander-green chilli paste and lemon juice in a bowl. Transfer the bhel equally into 4 paper cones, top with some masala chana, coriander leaves and sev and toss.
