By Sanjeev Kapoor 01 Apr 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Hard taco shells, Potatoes Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 8 hard taco shells 1 large potato, boiled, peeled and cut into ½ inch pieces 1 small tomato, finely chopped1 small onion, finely chopped 1 teaspoon green chutney 1 tablespoon date and tamarind chutney Salt to taste ½ teaspoon chaat masala 1 tablespoon finely chopped raw mango 1 tablespoon freshly chopped coriander leaves + for garnish Sev as required Pomegranate pearls for garnish Method In a large bowl, add potato, tomato, onion and mash the mixture. Mix well. Add green chutney, date and tamarind chutney, salt, chaat masala, raw mango and chopped coriander. Mix well. Take a taco shell and place a portion of the prepared mixture into it. Coat the edges with sev and place it on a serving plate. Garnish with pomegranate pearls and chopped coriander.
