By Sanjeev Kapoor 13 Apr 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients leftover rotis, Oil Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Tadka Roti 4-6 leftover rotis 1 tablespoon Oil 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon Asafoetida 5-7 Curry leaves 1 medium Onion finely chopped 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Grind torn rotis coarsely. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves and mix well. Add onion and sauté on medium heat till golden. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well. Add rotis and mix. Add coriander leaves and mix well. Add some water, mix, cover and cook on low heat for 4-5 minutes.
