Grease a cake tin with some butter and dust with some flour. Mix together desiccated coconut, almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg powder, all-spice powder and ginger powder in a mixing bowl. Cream together coconut oil and palm sugar in another mixing bowl till creamy. Add eggs and vanilla essence and beat well. Add the flour mixture and mix well. Pour the batter into the prepared tin. Place the tin in the preheated oven and bake for 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
